Who bought it?
Club member?
Well Charles was so bloody inconsiderate! He refused to buzz off to Oz and leave the Badger here after PROMISING me that I could have it.
I was so inconsolable and desparate that Di decided I NEEDED one so she ORDERED me to buy it.
Now the decision ... do I paint it black?
That is one hell of a bargain and an awesome bike. I am envious. Swap?
(If not Mr.Badger then maybe Julie for Di: today Julie 'ordered' me to buy socks - I would prefer to be commanded to buy another bike) (Does Di have a whip?).
Now the decision ... do I paint it black?
I think black would look awesome on the 1150GS Adventure! Black mean machine! ;-)
Congratulations, Peter. I think it is the best possible replacement for a Dakar. Enjoy the new bike, but don't forget your Dakar background and colleagues. Remember to still wave to Dakars.
Now the decision ... do I paint it black?
I'm surprised Neil hasn't suggested pink.
Black is always a good choice - but the 1150 in white is absolutely fantastic. Take a look at the limited edition ones.
Pete I think it would look distinctive done as Mr Badger with a difference: replace the blue with either dishwashing glove yellow or powder pink....it will look superb, you with Andyman running as your wingman.
I'll still wave at the Dakars because I still have one. I don't intend getting rid of the 650 because that is really a fun bike.
If I paint the 1150 pink then I'm not sure that either Julie or Di will ride on the back; though Charles would make a good WingPerson.
