We are back - BMW Club Laid back Wild Coast GS Tour - 12th to 24th August 2010

After lots of deliberation (and pressure from my wife who is riding her own bike on the Tour) I have decided to do an "easy, laid back" Tour to the Transkei next year in August. This will replace the Extreme Tour we did this year. We will do another extreme Transkei Tour in 2011. The Tour will give the participants more than enough time to sleep late, relax, walk on the beach, read, etc. While at the same time including lots of easy dirt road riding with some testing terrain for those that want to expand their off road riding abilities. (This riding will be optional and will not include our Pillions). It will also open up this beautiful part of our country to those who may never have seen it before and will be pillion friendly. I have already worked out the routes for the ride. Accommodation will be confirmed shortly as will final pricing. Costs will be per person, sharing. Accommodation will be as follows : Road Lodge PE x 1 night DB&B(confirmed) Trennery's x 2 nights DB&B(confirmed) Mazeppa Bay x 2 nights DB&B(confirmed) Kobb Inn x 2 nights DB&B(confirmed Ocean View x 2 nights DB&B(confirmed) Anchorage x 1 night DB&B(confirmed) Port St Johns x 1 night DB&B(confirmed) Tsitsekamma x 1 night DB&B(confirmed) Total x12 nights Cost is R7900.00 per person. Should you be interested you have ample time to start stashing some cash away to pay for the Tour. The Tour will be booked on a DB&B basis (see above) and participants can book lunches at the Hotels if they are going to be there over lunch time. If not we carry snacks with us to nibble on at lunch time. The Tour will again be accompanied by a back up vehicle and the Club trailer. Please note that payments are "non refundable" should you withdraw for any reason. However if you/we are able to replace you on the Tour your monies will be refunded.
