Welcome Charl,
Good quality
Welcome Charl,
Good quality 110ADV's are becoming harder to find ... the last ones were made in 2005 iirc. You will need to be patient to find a good one.
Try your luck at any of the following:
1. Speak to the BMW dealerships. tell them what you want and leave your details with them.
2. www.gumtree.co.za
3. http://www.wilddog.za.net/forum/index.php?board=10.0
4. post a note on Wild dogs forum - lots of DS riders lurk there
5. www.bmwmotorrad.co.za has a 2nd hand section - generally a rubbish website, but you may get lucky :)
6. Speak to Maruis (freak on a leash) - he often gets the dealers trade ins and has a good network for 2nd hand stuff.
Lastly, the 1150ADV is a very particular type of bike ... it's not everyones cup of tea ... if you've done your homework, then fine ... if you want one on the advice of someone else, then best you spend some time researching their pro's and cons.
BTW: It's an R1150, not F1150 (just to keep the anoraks happy ;)
Regards,
Dale

Bike looks very good. If interested you can contact Gerald at 082 569 5243.
