Hi Max
I am very interested in your project I am looking for a suitable bike myself.
How much did you pay for your R100CS?
I have looked at a couple of R100's for 15 and 17k which is to much seeing that I will be chopping most of the bike away.
Still dont no which direction to go...Cafe Racer or Bobber??
Pls keep me posted with your progress...would love to visit your garage!
Now we are looking for another bike... anyone got one lying around
R100 or R80 or older R65
K75 ...
Hi Max, what is the latest on your cafe racer build? I've looked at the pics on your site, but haven't seen a final version yet.
I'm very interested to see the end result as I'm about to start with a similar project on my old 78 R100RS.
Looks like there are two Andre' Nel's on this forum. Would the previous poster please update his profile with a picture so we can all know who is posting. Thanks
Hey Andre, my pic is up!! Just one of my ugly face for now but will get one with my bike on it later.
All the bits have been sent for painting and the rebuild will hopefully start shortly, i hope. I have just been so busy at work that by the time i get home i'm exhausted....
Max got himself his OWN project..
Mine is coming along now. We've started Max's new build, and will progress with that one as soon as mine's off the bench and out the way.
