My partner, Audrey (as
My partner, Audrey (as pillion), and would like to goin in with the Riebeeck Kasteel breakfast. Can I pay my annual & join up subs before the ride? Is there a big group going, and is it okay if I ride at the back so that i don't keep some of the group up by being too slow?

Greg, being too slow is
Greg, being too slow is something we all worried about when we first went on breakfast runs. I can assure you that it's not an issue. Brian watches his mirrors so sit behind him and he'll adjust to your speed.
Riebeek Kasteel is also a fairly straight ride, so no problem with tight curves either.

Traveller’s Rest in
Traveller’s Rest in Riebeeck Kasteel.
Weather for Sunday looks excellent, we leave from the Engen - Plattekloof and head up the N1 to Paarl and then over the Du Toits Kloof pass to Rawsonville where we turn on the Slanghoek valley road. From here we continue up towards Wolseley, Tulbagh and over the pass towards Gouda. We than travel on and turn right and will be at Riebeeck Kasteel for a great breakfast venue. Distance to RK is 172 Km's. We look forward to seeing you all there at 08h00.

Hi Guys & Gals, the breakfast at Riebeeck Kasteel will be full buffet breakfast including coffee and juice @R75.00 per person including the tip. We will be leaving from the usual departure point at Engen at 08h00 sharp. Look forward to seeing you all on Sunday morning. Brian
