The following people have shown an interest in this Tour. Please note that preference will go to "Paid up" Members of the Cape BMW Club. If you are not a paid up member you are still welcome to join us should their be space available.

Please note that there is a R250.00 surcharge for non members. Joining the Club costs R220.00.

There have been quite a few of you who have confirmed to me that you want to join the Tour (dates and rates dependent) but with dates & rates now confirmed I need you to RECONFIRM PLEASE. If you do not reconfirm I will take it you no longer wish to join the Tour. Note that we will be having boat cruises on both the Kowie River (Port Alfred) as well as the Umngazi River, these prices are included in the rate. Both Halyards Hotel as well as Umngazi offer in house "beauty" therapy, massages and all the lovely treatments that go with it. You will need to make your own bookings for these sessions and they are for your own account.

I have also had requests for "single supplement" accommodation (your own room) from some of the single people, if you require this option please let me know (if you already have, please reconfirm).

The costs per person are as follows :

Per person Sharing on a DB&B basis (Umngazi full board) including the 2 Boat cruises : R6500.00

"Single supplement"                                                                  : R7800.00

These prices could reduce slightly as I am still in negotiations with one of the Hotels. Should I succeed you will be informed of the reduction.

As soon as I have your confirmed bookings I will call for the deposit. Please remember that deposits are non refundable should you withdraw from the Tour and you can not be replaced.
