Chest protector with shoulder, Elbow & back protection. Get the one where the Kidney belt is part of the protector.

Yep, definately a chest
Yep, definately a chest protector with shoulder and arm guards. Also a very good idea to invest in a kidney belt. After a couple of km of riding whoops your body will thank you for it...

hd,i agree with you!!a kidney belt and a jacket and we were off. madness i suppose,or youthful exhuberance or just plain stupid. still do it now and again tho!!

After using it twice I can
After using it twice I can comment on how hot it is to wear - not bad at all. The mesh allows for adequate airflow when youre on the move.
