Well Done John !!, Qualifying as a Instructor with BMW in Germany is no small Acheivement ( guys like Jan Staal & Chris Hamman will testify as to how strict they are in Hegligen Germany)
From us here at Hamman motorrad WELL DONE !!!

Well done!
John my friend, well done!!!!
@ John Hamman. Hi John
I don't know where the information that you posted originated but it is incorrect. John Carr qualified as a BMW instructor through the BMW rider academy in South Africa.
Regards Neil
Hi Niel,
On the 07/02/2012 1.54pm PeterO Posted "what the Day Entails" and the third Paragraph reads as folows; The Level 2 Training will be given by John Carr (qualified as a instructor in Germany) and takes the basics a little further etc etc. It appears as if this post was removed from the site but i will gladly fax you a copy.
I was aware that John Received Level 1 Training through BMW rider acadamy in South Africa and if my memory serves me correctly Chris Hamman was the BMW rider acadamy's Instructor.
I assumed that John followed this up with further training in Germany as a result of the above Post and was sincere in my congratulating him on his acheivement.
Apparently PeterO was misinformed and has since corrected his post. After all the well-wishes Mr. Carr, perhaps you should consider going to Germany and doing the training after-all?
My mistake, apologies to all.
I unfortunately was under the misconception that John did his courses overseas and didn't think to check, which I should have done.
Again my apologies - I've phoned John Carr as well, who is on leave, to let him know about my mistake and he reiterated the fact that he did not train in Germany.
BTW, before Webmaster gets blamed for deleting the post, please note that the post hasn't been removed! I've just been updating all of the training session posts every time I get additional info/requests (I do it a few times every day), and in the interests of keeping the header short, giving info that the riders need, some of the text has been abbreviated; and I'll need to do it again when I post directions to the farm.
