Dad's and their Lads off road weekend
In years gone by when I was doing lots of 4x4 Tours we ran very successful Dad's & Lads weekends.
I have for ages been considering such an off road bike weekend but have never got around to putting feelers out as to how you guys feel about it and if we would have any takers.
If I was to arrange an easy route for a 2 day weekend would their be interest from you?
Let me know and I will be happy to put something together.
They can pillion or ride their own bikes! (they will have to keep up though) No poeggies!!!!!!!
Post here.

Geoff, Good idea, go boy you got energy and tooooo much time.
Annie n I ran a Dads n lads ride with=t an overnight in Bainskloof in 2008.
Great idea.
We included a few geocache hunts and the kids came pillion, not on their own bikes.
Did I mention we rode 290 kilos - too long. and only two bikes.
But was well thought of at the time, just the timing was out.
My lads are both busy with their lives, so it all depends on timing. In principle yes - in practice I can't say yet.

My problem is I never learned to weld. So I ended up with 2 girls.
Wiil a "tomboy" be seen as a lad? I have a very eager girl who loves riding motorbike specialy pilion.
My Okie is busy with his learner's, we got him a dakar recently... If he's ready in time I'm sure we will be amped to go!
