LAZER visor needed - anyone know where one can buy
Hi, I used a petrol soaked rag to clean my visor (in Calitzdorp) which rendered the clip-on fog visor opaque.
I;ve now discovered why the helmet comes with that extra clip on thing - it fogs up on the slightest cold day, making it pretty useless unless holding one's breath.
Does anyone know for certain where I can buy another visor with this clip on fog thing..I've tried a number of places but each seems to only sell for specific brands, and I haven't yet found the Lazer plek.
Helmet is a Lazer Granville..
Thanks
- Mr. Min on the visor, inside and out, to make it shiny and waxy and smooth. Fog has less chance of starting, and when it does it quickly forms droplets and runs off.
- While riding you will find the airflow generally good enough to keep fog away, but when you stop it mists up. So get into the habit of cracking the visor open a bit when you slow down or stop.
It is also possible to get anti-fog applications that you can buy at bike shops, but I have never used them.
And remember, Google is your friend.
Mr Stripes!
That visor is no longer available under that name.
Lazer was bought by AGV and they kept some of the designs so.............
Get hold of James Bower at Suzuki South (0217610157)and ask him for a AGV Longway visor= same thing!!!!!!
