Mine is getting the worse for wear. I am now looking for a good quality pair. I do not want to take out a bond for it nor do I want a cheappie that lasts 3 trips.

Any suggestions what I should look at. The budget is +-R2500

I will consider a second hand pair if it is in a good condition. My shoe size is a proper 9 so I was told you take one size bigger

Leon put the 2500 under your mattress.

Then save another grand or so and get you some BMW Santiago's.

I have had mine for almost 5 years now, still look good, still feel good.

It's a very comfortable boot that admittedly doesn’t have the protection of full on motox boots, but you can wear it 24 hours a day, walk comfortably, it looks like a normal boot in the evenings with jeans, it’s fully waterproof and for the kind of riding we mostly do, it’s the perfect boot.

Leon,

Ek het nou die dag die paar Fly boots gesien by Craigs in Parow...vir net R1200...it certainly looks the part met die gespes, lining, metaalpunt, dik sool...Ek het dit nog nie aangetrek nie, maar hel, dit klink na 'n bargain?
