I'm the organiser
Hi guys
I'm the organiser of the patatfees ride, if you have any questions or comments please ask. One thing, it's been raining heav(en)ily the past two days and I realised that the original route was going to be just too muddy for most bikes and none of us want to struggle just getting the bike upright after sliding in a pool of mud for a few meters. (Wich happened to me yesterday!!!) This means that I've changed the route a little and leaving out some low lying paths. The views are still spectacular and the route even better now. About 170km instead of 250km. Should take about 3+ hrs to complete with all stops included. Bear in mind that we are considiring a surprise speed trap for all exceeding 80km/h and fines go towards the school as well.
