need a guest jacket

Anyone knows what would be the best thing to do to solve my problem?  I have a guest coming to visit me and I looking for a jacket for her for about 2 weeks.  Doesn't need to be fancy, just something better than a regular non bike jeans jacket.  Is there a good second hand store that sells women's jackets close to Cape Town?  I've seen a few on gumtree but I'm not sure if the size will fit, so having one place to physically go would be nice.  We won't have much time before leaving on a trip, like 1 day.  I've looked into renting one too, but it seems to be about R60 per days, so in 10 days it's about the same price as  a second hand one.  Any suggestions?
