Hi Guys & Gals,

As some of you know I have opened up a small business a few months ago and it is doing ok. I am still waiting on the tyre balancer however this has not stopped folk from buying tyres…thank goodness!

I expect the manufacturer to give me some info on progress this week. Although an agent for Heidenau which is doing well I approached Mitas for distribution rights and it was accepted. This is no mean feat! The reason was that they have the E10 & E09 full knobblies in their range that I sorely need for my customers. Lovely stuff!

So what’s selling well besides tyres?

  • Helmets – Uvex (and at first I thought this would be a shelf sitter!)
  • DryBags
  • Pannier Bags
  • Cargo Bags
  • Crashbars & Bashplates
  • Barkbusters
  • Rok Straps
  • Tyre Repair Kits – with bombs
  • Chain Lubes
  • Autosol
  • 90deg valves

What’s coming?

I recently acquired the EVS distribution rights and can do:

  • R4 – Neck Brace
  • Ballistic Jerseys
  • Knee Guards
  • Knee Braces
  • Underwear – Protective
  • Etc

If you have any enquiries please do not hesitate to contact me for further information at peter@outridersa.co.za

Go the extra mile…..it’s never crowded.

How about some formatting?

Hi Pete

I have taken the liberty of formatting your post to make it more readable.  Pay attention to the formatting buttons at the top of the text entry post when creating a post - it is very useful.  Of course, you need to be in FULL HTML input format mode to get the wysiwyg editor with the toolbar.

Also, avoid using MS Word to create your post.  It adds all sorts of formatting junk to the input and totally buggers up the website.  It is so bad that some web-based HTML wysiwyg editors offer an option to clean up input pasted from MS Word.
