LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2 TRAINING
The Club is looking at having a training session on Sun 19 Feb.
I need to know what the interest is. This will be a mixed group - ladies and guys. Any ladies at the training will be given preference on a Ladies Only Training Day to be given later.
Depending on numbers we may hold a Level 1 AND a Level 2 session on the same day with different instructors but I need to check numbers first.
First steps after buying a bike?
Hi guys,
Right so I've bought the Dakar, I'm in the process of getting some kit and goodies off of the classifieds section - all in all, it's looking good.
What I'd like to know is, is there somewhere that I can read up on 'how to setup your bike'. I've read that there are various adjustments one should make for things like weight, height, etc.
Do you guys have a little 'sticky' somewhere? If not, I'd be happy to type out one :)

Last chance for new skills this year.
Hi all
This coming weekend and the following one are the last chances this year to polish those off-road skills before the summer holiday trips.
Saturday and Sunday are the introduction course to off-road and sand, the next weekend is the last intermediate for the year. Come join us, sure to be great fun.
Check the clubs event calendar!

BMW Proficiency training
So, this morning I find myself heading towards Killarney instead of the office. The skies were overcast and dark rain clouds where swirling around Table Mountain. Surely the day's training was not going to be rained out.
At the track there were about 20 BMW riders signed up for the day. A K1300GT, a R1200RT, a F800GS and the rest were (yes you guessed it) all either R1200GS or GSAs.
Women's intermediate off-road FUN DAY feedback
Oh what a lot of fun yesterday's training was - huge thanks to John Carr from Donford for a wonderful day out in the Winelands; to Pete for all his help and to Annie for all her hard work in making the day happen.
We were very lucky in that it never really rained out in Stellenbosch- a bit of a spit and a spot, but nothing serious - believe you me, the calls were flying on Sat afternoon and I think a few of us were watching the weather sites so hard that we simply wished the rain away for the next day!
Track Morning Sunday, 9 Oct -Ladies & 1st-timers/beginners
