The people of the Klein Karoo invite you to explore their region of beautiful routes, rich heritage and interesting towns while experiencing the warm hospitality of its friendly people.
It’s a feast of adventure with friends and like-minded people, offering almost unlimited on & off-road routes.
These just roll off the tongue, with passes like Swartberg, Outeniqua, Robertson, Montagu, Prince Alfred, Die Hel, Huisrivier, Rooireg; or scenic roads like Meiringspoort to Prins Albert, the 7 passes to Knysna, Groenfontein, Oudemuragie and Vergelegen.
You can also simply ride to neighbouring towns like Calitzdorp, Mossel Bay, George, Herolds Bay, Victoria Bay, Wilderness, Knysna, Dysselsdorp, De Rust, Prins Albert and Willowmore …
In the evening the feast will continue!

BUFFALLO RALLY
19 – 21 MARCH
The 2010 BUFFALO RALLY is again being held at the Santos/De Bakke Municipal Resorts, Mossel Bay.
The Rally officially opens at 08h00 on Friday 19th March and closes on Sunday 21st March 2010.
There will be food and drinks available, great music with live bands throughout the weekend, and of course, there will be lots of prizes to be won.
WHO IS WELCOME:
The Rally is open to anyone on a motorcycle – Not allowed on site - Cars, Quads and Trailers.
Day Visitors are welcome, but will be required to pay the full entry fee of R220 per person.
No persons under 18 will be allowed to enter the site unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will be required to sign an Indemnity Undertaking, thereby accepting full responsibility for the behaviour and safety of the person.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – THOSE ATTENDING BUFF – JOIN THE BMW BIKE FEST GUYS ON SUNDAY THE 21st MARCH
If there are some of you in the area who are attending the Buff, but would like to spend an evening mingling with the BMW Bike Fest guys …
We suggest that since the Buff ends on the Sunday, anyone can join in at the BMW Bike Fest for their Sunday evening festival dinner .
The cost is R150 and you get coupons for that value to redeem at any of the various stalletjies.
Robx2 will give a short speech, there's a bit of a prizegiving and we'll have the wine route there and lekker things to eat.
Any of you that are interested need not register for the event, but you must send an email to info@bikebookings.co.za and Ceclia Le Roux will send details by return email. Pre payment is important as the event organiser for that meal needs numbers before the time.

WHALE RALLY
11 – 13 JUNE
Ulysses MCA Garden Route is hosting their 6th annual Whale Rally.
When: This Rally is taking place from the 11th till 13th of June 2010
Where: Keurbooms Lagoon Caravan Park at Plettenberg Bay.
At the 3rd annual Rally, we had about 1200 people in attendance from all over South Africa.
The 4th Rally had just fewer than 1500 attendees.
The 5th Rally we had just over 1500 people.
This 6th Rally promises to be even bigger and greater than before.
There will be various competitions and events amongst the attendees. These range from biker games, Miss Whale Rally, Mrs. Whale Rally, Mr. Whale Rally, Concours D’ellegance, lucky ticket draws and many more.
