Hi All,

Eish! Finally the final arrangements for our annual Xmas Lunch.

Place: La Provence (See directions below) or go to www.laprovencestellenbosch.co.za

Date: Sunday 4 December 2011

Arrive: From 12h00 to 12h30 (Cash bar will be open from 12h00)

Lunch: 12h45

Dress: Casual / Bike gear

Please note: There is no organized ride to the venue. You are thus welcome to arrive by car, bike, horse or bicycle....your choice. If you want to form your own riding group, great. All we want is for you to arrive safely and with lots of good spirit!

Directions: Take the Stellenbosch Arterial (Also known as Polkadraai) heading towards Stellenbosch. Look out for the "Polka Draai Strawberry Farm Stall" on your left.  Turn left at the farm stall. There is a clear sign board indicating La Provence. Follow the road and the other La Provence sign boards en-route. Find the prominent white entrance gate to La Provence on your right.

Be aware: The last +- 1km to the venue is gravel!

Seeing that there is not an "official" ride to the venue if any of you want to ride there in a "group" feel free to join me.

Where : At the normal breakfast run starting place at the NEW PnP Centre in Plattekloof

What Time : 11H15 on Sunday morning.

Please don't pitch if you have not booked.

Hope to see some of you there.

Thank you Neels , for all your arrangements , much appreciated. Stunning venue , good food & the excellent company of friends , what more can one ask for on this beautiful Sunday in Cape Town . We are truly blessed. With only two rides left for this year it's not likely that we will all see one another therefore I take this opportunity to wish you all a safe and peaceful festive season & the very best for 2012, cheers Hamid

Thanks to Warren and the committee for the surprise vouchers and calendars.

To those we won't be seeing on next weekend's offroad ride or the following wek's last breakfast run for 2012 have a fantastic festive season and see ya next year on the road.
